Payment, Deposits & Cancellation Policies

Payment may be made in the form of cash or personal check.

- To place a reservation, a 50% deposit is required.

- Reservations are tentative until we receive deposit.

- Confirmation will be sent after deposit is received.

- Deposits will be forfeited if you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to your

stay or check out earlier than reserved.

- No pets, alcoholic beverages, or indoor smoking.

- Preferred check-in after 3 p.m.

- Preferred check-out by 11 a.m.

- Facilities suitable for children 12 years and older.
